Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing a real-time tracking link to monitor your delivery's progress.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.
